Final Data Report for the Crossover Youth Practice Model in King County, Washington 2010/2011 Cases

In 2010, King County, Washington implemented the Crossover Youth Practice Model (CYPM), a reform effort to improve communication and collaboration between child welfare and juvenile justice agencies who handle dually-involved youth. The goal of this report is to summarize the impact of CYPM on the system as a whole and for individual youth. The report describes the many background characteristics of the youth, addresses the impact of system change in regards to the handling of CYPM cases, and presents individual outcomes tracked over a year.
