Presents the results of a poll measuring respondents’ willingness to pay for alternative policy proposals for juvenile offenders. Telephone interviews were conducted with a random sample of approximately 500 households from each of the four Model for Change sites (Illinois, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and Washington) during 2007.
