Berks County Evening Reporting Center Development: Strategies and Outcomes

This presentation discusses work in Berks County, PA, a DMC Action Network site, that led to Pennsylvania's first pre-adjudication evening reporting center, which opened in late 2008. A little more than one year later, over 90 percent of the youth served by that program were youth of color, and Pennsylvania has promoted ERCs statewide. This presentation reviews the ERC's development, operation, and outcomes.
